Albares was a delightful hotel to stay at during my visit to Vielha. The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, treating me with warmth and patience. I particularly appreciated their assistance in navigating the language barriers that I encountered. The hotel's location in the center of the town made it easily accessible for a senior like me, allowing me to explore the area on foot without any difficulty. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel, along with its charming decoration, added to the pleasant atmosphere of my stay. Plus, the added bonus of free parking nearby made it even more convenient.
The only thing I would ask for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people like me would be for the children working at the hotel to be more attentive to the needs of older guests. Sometimes, I felt that they could have been a little more proactive in anticipating and addressing our specific needs.
